Biography
Terri L. Enns serves as a clinical professor of law for the Legislation Clinic and a senior fellow with Election Law at Ohio State. An alumna of Moritz College of Law, she also regularly teaches a section of the first-year Legal Writing course.
Prior to joining the faculty at Ohio State, Professor Enns spent three years as the legal counsel for the Ohio Senate Minority Caucus. While at the Statehouse, she staffed the judiciary and education committees and worked extensively on school funding and accountability issues, juvenile criminal law, and the tobacco settlement.
Professor Enns is a member of several professional associations and state-wide advisory committees and served for many years on the board of the American Civil Liberties Union of Ohio.
