Biography
Professor Terri L. Enns serves as a clinical professor of law for the Legislation Clinic. Prior to coming to The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2000, she spent three years as the legal counsel for the Ohio Senate Minority Caucus. While at the Statehouse, she staffed the judiciary and education committees and worked extensively on school funding and accountability issues, juvenile criminal law, and the tobacco settlement.
In addition to teaching in the Legislation Clinic, Professor Enns regularly teaches a section of the first-year Legal Writing course. Professor Enns is also a senior fellow with Election Law at Moritz.
