About Us

Dispute Resolution and Youth (DRY) sends law students into Columbus elementary and middle schools to teach children how to resolve conflicts on their own by providing them tools in mediation, negotiation, and general conflict management. The main goal of the program is to show youth peaceful and constructive ways to resolve conflicts, including talking, listening, understanding, and collective problem solving.

DRY offers many opportunities to become involved, starting as a 1L. The program kicks off in the fall semester and students are welcome to participate during either semester or for the entire school year.
