Registration, Fees and Important Dates
Each semester the University publishes a registration, fees and important dates calendar. You can find the calendar by clicking here. This calendar should be used as a reference material only. If you have specific questions about your situation or would like clarification please stop by the Registrar’s Office.
Moot Court, Journal, Externship Credits
Do not register yourself for journal, moot court or externship credits. This will be completed by the registrar upon receiving final rosters from the appropriate faculty member. Check with your journal editor or moot court coordinator regarding the amount of credits you are entitled to receive so that you may plan your schedule accordingly.
Drop for Non-Payment
The Drop for non-payment (often referred to the DNP process), is a process completed near the end of each term by the University Registrar, for students who owe money to the university for the current term. All students with a past-due balance of $50 or more, including students enrolled in the Tuition Option Payment Plan (TOPP), will be blocked from enrolling in future term courses.
If students already have registered for courses for the next term and have past-due balances of $50 or more, they will be disenrolled from those courses. These drops will occur prior to the fee-payment deadline for the next term and before financial aid is disbursed. Students must pay all past-due charges to re-enroll online.
Note: Seats in dropped courses will be filled from the wait list and may no longer be available when a student tries to re-enroll.

View your Class Schedule
You can view your class schedule in two formats:
- A list of all classes in which you are enrolled, waitlisted, or have dropped please click here.
- Weekly class schedule
If you have any holds on your account, including parking fee, library fee, outstanding balances or the Financial Responsibility Statement you will be unable to register yourself for courses. Please be sure to check your account regularly before registration opens.
As a student you are allowed to put yourself on the waitlist for any courses. However, if adding this course will put you over the 16 credit hour maximum that you can register yourself for you will be skipped over. In addition if a 10 minute gap does not exist between a course you are enrolled in and a waitlist listed course begins you will be skipped over. More information about waitlists can be found here.
