Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution

The Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution (JDR), in operation for more than 30 years, is a student-initiated, student-run publication of The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law. The JDR is dedicated to the exploration of alternative forums for and methods of dispute resolution.

The JDR is the official law journal of the American Bar Association’s Section on Dispute Resolution and is a major component of the college’s nationally recognized program on Alternative Dispute Resolution. In addition, the JDR is the most cited journal by other journals.
