Professor Katrina Lee Selected as Chair-Elect of the President and Provost’s Council on Women
Professor Katrina Lee has been selected as chair-elect of the President and Provost’s Council on Women (PPCW) at The Ohio State University. Beginning Autumn 2023, Lee takes on this role after serving for two years as a faculty member of the Council.
PPCW is charged with advocating for the advancement of all women across the university community. The council provides leadership for the development of policies and practices that positively affect the working environment for women. Examples of just some of the areas the council has taken on are equity in award nominations, flexible work policies, and pay equity.
Lee is the John C. Elam/Vorys Sater Professor of Law and the Director of the College’s Program on Dispute Resolution. She joined the College of Law in 2011 after a career in complex litigation spanning more than 12 years. An accomplished scholar, Professor Lee is the author of the first-of-its-kind business of law coursebook The Legal Career: Knowing the Business, Thriving in Practice and co-author of the third edition of the legal writing coursebook The U.S. Guide to Legal Analysis and Writing.
