Professor Cinnamon Carlarne authors Environmental Law Institute article of the month

An expert in the area of environmental law, Cinnamon Carlarne's latest paper, "Climate Creep" was selected as the Environmental Law Institute's article of the month. 

"What we know is that responding to climate change is essential, and that law provides a powerful tool in this fight," she wrote. "What we will have to wait to see is the pace with which the creep of climate law will continue to accelerate and flow over any obstacles that the Court (and others) throws in its path."
