Biography
Paige Wilson is an Associate Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic (EBLC), a transactional legal services clinic that serves Ohio-based startups, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. In the EBLC, she teaches students how to advise clients on a variety of corporate and intellectual property matters, including initial organization, formation, debt and equity financings, website policies, employment agreements, tax exemption, trademarks, and licensing.
Professor Wilson has had research published in the Berkeley Business Law Journal and the Tennessee Journal of Business Law. Additionally, she has presented on various business law topics at conferences across the country.
Prior to joining the faculty at Ohio State, Professor Wilson practiced law at Gunderson Dettmer in New York City, where she represented high-growth technology companies and venture capital funds. She also served as a board member, corporate secretary, and pro bono legal counsel to COOP, a non-profit with a mission to “overcome underemployment” by training first-generation city and state college graduates for jobs in technology, media, and design.
