The Journal has joint copyright with the Author. Permission from both parties must be obtained. The Journal will grant reprint permission so long as the party requesting permission agrees to conspicuously credit the Journal with first publication by displaying the phrase "Originally published in 87 OHIO ST. L.J. ___ (2026)" on the first page of the reprinted material.
