This marks the team’s second CPR Outstanding Book Award, having won in 2021 for their first book in the Discussions in Dispute Resolution series. Each book in the series includes commentary from experts in the field on the most significant articles of each era in the field of dispute resolution.

Cole is the Michael E. Moritz Chair in Alternative Dispute Resolution and teaches courses in mediation, arbitration, torts, and labor law.
