Laura Alexander
Laura Alexander is an assistant professor of law. She teaches and writes about antitrust law, contracts, and civil procedure. Prior to joining the faculty at Ohio State, Professor Alexander was an adjunct professor of law at Georgetown University Law Center and deputy director of the Bureau of Competition at the United States Federal Trade Commission.
Katrina Geddes
Katrina Geddes is an assistant professor and a scholar of intellectual property law and information capitalism. Her research has examined law's response to the social, cultural, and economic consequences of predictive algorithms, machine learning systems, and generative AI models. Prior to joining Ohio State, Professor Geddes was a Postdoctoral Fellow at NYU School of Law and Cornell Tech, and a Research Fellow at Harvard Law School, where she taught copyright as part of Harvard Law School's CopyrightX initiative. Grace Li
Grace Li is an assistant professor of law. She writes and teaches about the nature and role of prison in contemporary American life. For the past two years, Professor Li has served as a fellow at Moritz. Before that, she was a Fellow in Residence and Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School’s Arthur Liman Center for Public Interest Law. She clerked for Judge Theodore McKee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and served as the Kirkland & Ellis Public Service Fellow/Staff Attorney at the New York Civil Liberties Union.
Meg Murphy
Meg Murphy is a lecturer for the Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic (EBLC) and other courses. She has served as a visiting professor in the EBLC since 2024. She was also a Principal at Novogradac & Company, LLP, where she works in the National Tax Practice. She was previously a corporate and fund tax attorney at The Vanguard Group, Inc., Of Counsel at Binder & Canno, LLC, an M & A tax senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, and a Transaction tax senior advisor at Ernst & Young, LLP.
Michael Murphy
Michael Murphy is a clinical professor of law and the director of the Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic (EBLC). His research explores social entrepreneurship and how members of the legal profession can lead happier lives, particularly through exposure to entrepreneurs. Before joining Moritz, Professor Murphy taught and supervised student attorneys in entrepreneurship clinics at Duke University School of Law and the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and taught a “Happiness, Well-Being, and Lawyering” course at Duke Law.
