Energy law and policy is developing rapidly in response to the availability of new sources of energy, changing market forces, and escalating environmental concerns. This conference addressed emerging legal, financing and regulatory issues for Ohio energy, focusing on recent development of Ohio’s shale energy resources, and discussing the future of energy regulation in the Ohio.
