Kelsey Winters

Bio
Kelsey Winters serves as Acting Director of Graduate and International Affairs at Moritz College of Law. In her role, she is responsible for the management and administration of the Master in the Study of Law (MSL) program, education abroad programs for JD students including the long-standing Oxford Law Summer Program, as well as the facilitation of international partnerships between Moritz and foreign universities in Europe, Asia, and South America.
Prior to joining Moritz in October 2022, Winters worked at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland for over four years. In her roles there, she managed several graduate level programs including the EMBA, Flex MBA, and online MBA programs. Winters also has years of experience working in international education as she worked for several years in the Education Abroad Office at Ohio State’s Office of International Affairs after graduating with her bachelor’s degree. There, she oversaw a number of education abroad programs for the College of Arts and Sciences, as well as Ohio State’s Honors and Scholars department.
Winters is a double Buckeye, earning a bachelor’s in economics and international studies and a master’s in public administration from The Ohio State University.
