Ben Flowers is an associate at Jones Day’s Columbus office, where he focuses on appellate litigation and complex trial level motions. He has represented clients in numerous courts — including state and federal appellate courts and the Supreme Court of the United States. Ben has litigated a wide array of issues, including constitutional questions, jurisdictional disputes, and issues relating to product liability law, patent law, bankruptcy law, and more.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2015, Ben served as a law clerk to Justice Antonin Scalia of the Supreme Court of the United States and to Judge Sandra Ikuta of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  He is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School and The Ohio State University.
