Professor Paige Wilson directs the Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic (EBLC), a transactional legal services clinic that serves Ohio-based startups, small businesses, and non-profit organizations. In the EBLC, she works with a fellow to teach and supervise students in advising clients on a variety of corporate and intellectual property matters, including initial organization, formation, debt and equity financings, website policies, employment agreements, tax exemption, trademarks, and licensing.

Prior to joining the law school faculty, Professor Wilson practiced law at Gunderson Dettmer in New York City, where she represented high-growth technology companies and venture capital funds. She also served as a board member, corporate secretary, and pro bono legal counsel to COOP, a non-profit with a mission to “overcome underemployment” by training first-generation city and state college graduates for jobs in technology, media, and design.

Professor Wilson earned her JD from Yale Law School, where she served as Student Director of the Non-Profit Organizations Clinic, a Student Intern in the Transnational Development Clinic, a Student Fellow at the China Law Center, and an editor of the Yale Law & Technology Journal.

Prior to law school, Professor Wilson studied in Taiwan on a Fulbright fellowship and founded a community-led travel company in Tibet. She earned her BA in Asian Studies from Emory University.
