Mary Beth Young
Mary Beth Young is the Appellate Chief for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio, where she supervises all civil and criminal appeals. Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, she was in private practice in Columbus. Young received her B.S. from the University of Kentucky, her M.S. from Georgia Tech, and her J.D. from the University of Chicago. Following law school, Young served as law clerk to Judge David Sentelle of the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, then to Justice Antonin Scalia of the United States Supreme Court.
