Professor Tjon Soei Len is a Visiting Assistant Professor at The Ohio State University. She previously held positions at the University of New Hampshire and Amsterdam School of Law. She has a PhD, LLM and LLB from the University of Amsterdam Law School, and a BscBA from Erasmus University Rotterdam School of Management. She has been a visiting researcher at the University of Chicago and Harvard University.

She has taught courses on Contract Theory, Feminist Legal Theory, Moral Limits of Markets and Gender, Power & Privilege. Her primary scholarly interests are in contract theory and feminist legal theory. She writes on issues as they relate to economic exchange with a special emphasis on the political-philosophical foundations of transnational private law and questions of gender inequality and global justice. Her book, Minimum Contract Justice, explores a capabilities approach as a minimum standard of justice in contract through the case study of consumption of globally produced sweatshop goods. Her recent scholarship focuses on vulnerability and contract.
