Christopher D. Galanos
Chris Galanos is a reference librarian at the Moritz Law Library. He provides research and reference assistance to faculty, students, and the public. He also teaches Legal Analysis and Writing I in the first-year curriculum.
Prior to shifting his career to law librarianship, Galanos was a partner with a law firm in Central Illinois where his practice focused on defending doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers in civil litigation.
Galanos holds a B.A. in History from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, and an M.S. in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois School of Information Sciences.
Galanos is a member of the American Association of Law Libraries, and the Ohio Regional Association of Law Libraries.
