Carter Stewart is currently Managing Director at Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation, where he identifies, cultivates, evaluates and supports high potential social entrepreneurs and their organizations in a variety of sectors. Prior to that, from 2009 to March 2016, he was the presidentially-appointed U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio. He also was a litigator with Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease, LLP, an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Northern District of California, and litigator at Bingham McCutchen LLP. Carter clerked for Chief Judge Raymond Finch in the U.S Virgin Islands, and Judge Robert Carter in the Southern District of New York.
