Faculty experts from Election Law at Ohio State engage in research projects, convene symposia, and collaborate with other scholars to advance the public understanding of election law and administration.

Since 2004, Major Pending Election Cases has been a valued resource for accessible case summaries, comprehensive court filings, and expert commentary about important election law cases from around the nation. In September 2020, the project was relaunched on its own website that improved access to the election law cases that we are tracking.
