Election Law Archives
Before we became Election Law at Ohio State, we were Election Law @ Moritz (EL@M) for over 15 years.
Much of the content from those 15 years can be found on the Election Law @ Moritz Archives website.
The content preserved in the archives represents the commentary, events, and major projects posted on a succession of websites from mid-2004 to mid-2019. The site also provides access to the archived case pages for 330 election cases that EL@M tracked since 2004 as part of the Major Pending Cases effort — a joint project with the Moritz Law Library. Major Pending Election Cases was relaunched on its own website in September 2020.
