Centers and Programs

The Moritz College of Law is home to a vibrant and productive group of research centers and programs. The Drug Enforcement and Policy Center helps shape and enrich public conversations about the intersecting fields of criminal justice and drug policy and enforcement. The Center on Responsible AI and Governance focuses on developing the knowledge and workforce required to pursue responsible AI. The Program on Dispute Resolution is home to both the Divided Community Project and JusticeTech. These programs leverage dispute resolution to help communities prepare for and respond to polarizing events and address access to justice issues through cutting-edge technology solutions. Election Law at Ohio State, the Program on Law and Leadership, and Law Finance and Governance, provide critical information and guidance for law students, policymakers, the industry and scholars in these vital areas of law and policy. Together, these centers and programs directly serve the public and generate groundbreaking research and expert analysis across legal disciplines.
