Students United to Protect Democracy - Protecting Elections

Students United to Protect Democracy is working with Protect Democracy, States United Democracy Center, and the Edley Center for Law and Democracy at Berkeley Law to educate folks about changes in election law. Specifically, this event seeks to discuss recent developments in elections case law, the federal government’s unprecedented use of federal search warrants and subpoenas seeking election materials, and the tools available to judges when they are presented with these search warrant applications.
