About the Speaker
David Larson is a Professor at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law and former Chair of the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Dispute Resolution. He is a current ABA House of Delegates member and a member of the Dispute Resolution Section’s Executive Committee. Professor Larson is the Secretary for the Ray Corollary Initiative Board of Directors. He has 70 legal publications and has made more than 240 professional presentations in 16 different countries. Professor Larson worked at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Office of General Counsel, Appellate Division in Washington, D.C, was founder and Editor-in-Chief of the “Journal of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Employment” (CCH Inc.), an arbitrator for the Omaha Tribe, a Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission Hearing Examiner, a litigation law firm attorney, and he is an independent arbitrator and mediator.
