Biography
While in law school, Professor Elizabeth Ilgen Cooke was active in the moot court programs and served as the vice president and treasurer of the Student Bar Association. After law school, she worked as the staff attorney for The Honorable Nodine Miller, a judge with Franklin County Court of Common Pleas.
Subsequently, Professor Cooke was a litigation associate with the law firm of Lane, Alton & Horst, L.L.P. and Arter & Hadden, L.L.P. Professor Cooke focused her civil practice in the areas of medical malpractice, employment law, construction, and insurance law. She teaches the Civil Law Clinic.
