Daniel Karon manages Karon LLC. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in securities-fraud, consumer-fraud, and antitrust class-action lawsuits. He teaches class actions at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and the University of Michigan Law School. Previously, he taught complex litigation at Columbia Law School and Cleveland State University College of Law. He has lectured at other law schools, including Northwestern, Vanderbilt, Notre Dame, Georgia, and Tulane. For thirteen years, he chaired the ABA National Institute on Class Actions and for five years wrote a bimonthly column on class actions and civil justice for Law360. He hosts a website and YouTube channel, www.yourlovablelawyer.com, where he strives to bring legal wellness to all, and he is the author of The Last Class Action, a legal thriller. He has published multiple law-review and bar-journal articles on class-action topics, and he lectures nationally for the ABA and other bar associations.
