Charlas on Migration | Tort Law Comes to Immigration Advocacy
Join Charlas on Migration, a new event series at Ohio State University addressing migration law and policy’s most pressing developments. In the inaugural session, Professor César Cuauhtémoc García Hernández will be in conversation with two attorneys who are vindicating the rights of migrants impacted by U.S. policies of immigration imprisonment and family separation through an innovative combination of centuries-old common law legal doctrines and modern statutory claims.
Speakers: Angélica Salceda and Norma Ventura
