Seating: Class of 2020 alumni will be seated together in a designated section. Guests will be permitted to select their own seats.
Health and safety protocols: University protocols dictate that audience members must wear masks over the nose and mouth while in Mershon Auditorium, regardless of vaccination status. Staff and security will be present to assure compliance. While university policies permit indoor venues to operate at full capacity, we do not expect this celebration to be a high-density event. Mershon Auditorium seats 2,500 people and current RSVP data indicates a capacity of 25% or less. For those who wish to spread out within the auditorium, they should be able to do so. Upon arrival, we will confirm and collect attendee names for contact tracing purposes.
Accessibility: Mershon Auditorium does not have an elevator. Main floor accessible seating is available for individuals with limited mobility or those using wheelchairs, and their companions. To make advance accessible seating arrangements or request accommodations, email our accessibility team at firstname.lastname@example.org. For day of event access needs contact Megan Chalfant, Events Manager (email@example.com) or call (614) 292-6500.
