Professor Daniel Tokaji was quoted in an article in The Christian Science Monitor titled, US voters tackle gerrymandering with gusto. Incumbents are less sure.

“When you’ve got a political system in which there’s virtually no bipartisan compromise, partisan gerrymandering really means that people who are affiliated with the minority party have zero power,” he said.
