An expert in the area of election law, Professor Edward Foley was recently quoted in The Philadelphia Inquirer for an article titled, “Could the election in Pennsylvania be decided by Amy Coney Barrett? Probably not. Here’s why.”

“Even if that extension is going to be considered erroneous ultimately by the Supreme Court … can you disqualify a ballot cast in good faith? So timing may really end up being important here.”
