Professor Daniel Tokaji was quoted in an article in The Detroit News titled, Michigan judges urge Supreme Court to curb partisan gerrymandering.
“It wouldn’t surprise me at all if these judges realize that the main event is before the Supreme Court and have written this ruling with an eye towards influencing the Supreme Court,” he said. “At the end of the day, I don’t think it’s going to make much difference. I think the court is going to do what it’s going to do.”
