Associate Professor Patricia Zettler was recently quoted in a pair of articles discussing both psychedelics decriminalization and a potential COVID-19 vaccine.

Zettler appeared in an Oct. 28 webinar hosted by Harvard University and was quoted in an article in The Harvard Crimson, giving her professional opinion on psychedelics decriminalization.

“The questions about how to approach psychedelics don’t end with decriminalization, maybe they just start with decriminalization,” she said.

Zettler, an expert in the area of health law and a former associate chief counsel in the FDA’s Office of the Chief Counsel, was also quoted in an article for Pink Sheet titled, “COVID-19 Vaccines: FDA’s Broad Authority To Craft Narrow EUAs May Push Agency Out Of Its Comfort Zone.”
