Associate Professor Patricia Zettler featured in Ohio State Insights discussion on COVID-19 testing
Formerly the Associate Chief Counsel of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Associate Professor Patricia Zettler is an expert in the area of health law.
Zettler recently participated in a Q/A with Ohio State Insights to discuss COVID-19 antibody tests and what considerations need to be made before moving forward with it.
“There’s always tension between developing evidence and speeding access for patients,” she said. “It takes time to develop evidence to demonstrate that tests, treatments, vaccines and other medical products work.”
