Adjunct Professor Benton Bodamer publishes op-ed in the Columbus Dispatch
Adjunct Professor Benton Bodamer recently had an op-ed titled “Hemp legalization is slippery slope, and that’s OK” published in the Columbus Dispatch.
“The legalization of help was hailed as the green light for national hemp-derived cannabidiol product companies, with large national retailers including CVS, Walgreens and Kroger now fueling the momentum,” he wrote. “But the ‘clarity’ of hemp legalization is far hazier than many suspect.”
Bodamer, a 2006 Moritz graduate, is a member of the international law firm Dickinson Wright. In addition to his expertise in cannabis law, he also specializes in international law.
