Associate Professor Patricia Zettler quoted in MIT Technology Review

An expert in the area of health law, Associate Professor Patricia Zettler was recently quoted in an article by the MIT Technology Review titled, “First he held a superspreader event. Then he recommended fake cures.”

“Being a health-care professional is not a magic ‘Get out of FDA free’ card. Federal law still applies,” Zettler said. “The prospect of health-care professionals encouraging patients to use products that the FDA has specifically identified as fraudulent … is deeply troubling,”
