Associate Dean Daniel Tokaji named Dean at University of Wisconsin Law School
Associate Dean and professor Daniel Tokaji has recently been named the dean of the University of Wisconsin Law School. His last day at Moritz will be June 30.
“I can say without hesitation that Wisconsin could have done no better,” said Moritz College of Law dean Lincoln Davies. “Dan’s departure is the epitome of our loss being their gain.”
An expert in constitutional law, Tokaji has been a member of the faculty at Moritz since 2003 and was named Associate Dean for Faculty in 2018. A graduate of Harvard College and the Yale Law School, Tokaji clerked for the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Before arriving at Ohio State, he was a staff attorney with the ACLU Foundation of Southern California and Chair of California Common Cause.
