Assistant Professor Mohamed Helal presents at Cairo Water Week 2019
Assistant Professor Mohamed S. Helal recently presented at Cairo Water Week 2019, discussing the water scarcity issues in the area. Helal is an expert in global governance and human rights. He joined the faculty at Moritz after receiving his SJD from Harvard in 2016. Helal teaches courses and seminars on Public International Law, the Law of Contracts, the law governing the resort to armed force by states (jus ad bellum), the law of armed conflict (jus in bello), and the theory and history of international law.
