Assistant Professor Bryan Choi’s essay on 5th Amendment cited in Indiana Supreme Court opinion

Assistant Professor Bryan Choi, an expert in the area of cyberlaw and cyber security, published an essay in 2019 titled “The Privilege Against Cellphone Incrimination,” that was recently cited in the Indiana Supreme Court case Seo vs. State (IN).

Choi, who joined the faculty at Moritz in 2016, received both his BA and JD from Harvard University and has taught a variety of courses including Law of Cyberspace (Internet Law), Intellectual Property Law, Patent Law, Property Law and Advanced Topics in IP: Design versus Function.
