Program on Dispute Resolution Ranked No. 1 by U.S. News and World Report
The Program on Dispute Resolution at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law has been ranked No. 1 in the country by U.S. News and World Report. The program is led by Sarah Cole, John W. Bricker Professor of Law.
“We are thrilled to receive the number one ranking from U.S. News & World Report,” Cole said. “We are honored that our colleagues would recognize our program in this way and look forward to continuing to serve both the university and the greater community through our work in dispute resolution.”
The Program on Dispute Resolution has also received all three major awards offered by the ABA’s Section of Dispute Resolution, including the D’Alemberte-Raven Award, which awarded to Nancy Hardin Rogers, Emeritus Michael E. Moritz Chair in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Director of the Program on Law and Leadership, in 2002; the John W. Cooley Lawyer as Problem Solver Award, which was awarded to the Divided Community Project in 2018; and the Award for Outstanding Scholarly Work, which was awarded to Professor Joseph B. “Josh” Stulberg, the Michael E. Moritz Chair in Alternative Dispute Resolution, in 2019.
