Seidt ’98 takes on leadership role

Andrea Seidt ’98, Ohio Securities Commissioner, began a one-year term yesterday as president of the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA), the oldest international organization devoted to investor protection. Seidt has served as Commissioner of Securities since 2008. Prior to her appointment, she worked on investor and consumer protection litigation as Deputy Chief Counsel for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. For more on Seidt’s appointment, see this article.
