Tuition and fees for the academic year 2022-2023 is calculated based on residency status and enrollment status (full-time or part-time):

  • Full-Time: enrolled in 8 or more credits each semester
  • Part-Time: enrolled in 7 or less credits each semester

Ohio Resident

The tuition and fees for Ohio residents is approximately $30,000, for both full-time and part-time students.

Non-Ohio Residents/International Students

Tuition and Fees:

  • Full-time: $53,000
  • Part-time: $58,000

Moritz College of Law does not provide scholarships, assistantships, or fellowships. U.S. students may apply for a FAFSA loan.

Faculty and Staff Tuition Assistance Program: The Faculty and Staff Tuition Assistance Plan pays the tuition and fees of up to 10 hours per semester for eligible employees who take courses at Ohio State. The benefit is available upon employment in an eligible appointment of at least 75% FTE.
