The Divided Community Project at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law

The Divided Community Project, which spearheaded the American Spirit and community spirit initiatives, seeks to expand and enhance mediation and other dispute resolution-based resources to support community leader in effective and sustainable response to volatile conflict and to enhance community resilience.   The American Bar Association Section on Dispute Resolution awarded the Divided Community Project, started in 2015, its 2018 Lawyer as Problem Solver Award.  In 2019 the US News ranked The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law’s Program on Dispute Resolution, the umbrella for the Divided Community Project, #1 among law school dispute resolution programs nationally.  For more on the Divided Community Project’s publications, project, and news, go to its website.
