Alumni News

Capt. John Swords '06 completed a 12-month tour in Iraq in February 2011 with the U.S. Army Trial Defense Service and received the Bronze Star Medal. In October, Swords accepted a position as the chief of both the Administrative Law and Fiscal Law Divisions for U.S. Army Africa (USARAF)/Southern European Task Force (SETAF) in Vicenza, Italy.

Stephanie Klupinski ’10, vice president of government and public relations at the Ohio Alliance for Public Charter Schools, presented a paper, titled “Public Schools, Private Employers? A Closer Look at the Labor Relations of Public Charter Schools,” at the 2011 Education Law Association Conference in Chicago. Klupinski was joined by Lindsay Nichols ’13 and Kevin Stanek ’13 for the presentation.
