Starker One of Three New Legal Writing Faculty

Todd Starker ’07 rejoined the Moritz community in June. Moritz has hired three new clinical faculty members to teach first-year legal analysis and writing, which will now be a full-year, four-credit hour class.

After graduation, Starker clerked for the Honorable Alan E. Norris of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and practiced corporate law at Squire Sanders. He earned an M.B.A. and his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University. Starker taught Appellate Advocacy as an adjunct professor of law at Moritz in fall 2010.

Katrina June Lee, a 1997 graduate of the University of California Berkeley School of Law, is a former partner at Nossaman Guthner Knox & Elliott in San Francisco where she specialized in complex civil litigation. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where she majored in English, political science, and mass communications.

Anne Ralph graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2004 and formerly practiced at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, where she focused on litigation and argued cases before the Supreme Court of Ohio. She was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Kenneth F. Ripple in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Professor Ralph was a visiting assistant professor of law at Capital University for the 2010-11 academic year.
