Moritz College of Law produces five legal journals, each filled with innovative and relevant scholarly articles by top legal minds across the country and world. These leading publications also include student-written notes and comments of professional interest to lawyers and policymakers.

OSLJ

The Ohio State Law Journal is a generalist law review that started publishing in 1935. Student members collaborate to select, edit, and publish six issues each academic year that promotes humane legal scholarship.

OSJDR

The Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution is dedicated to the exploration of alternative methods of dispute resolution, such as negotiation, mediation, arbitration, summary jury trials, and minitrials.

OSJCL

The Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law provides useful, interesting, and provocative commentary on critical issues of interest to the national, and even international, criminal justice community.

OSTLJ

The Ohio State Technology Law Journal is an interdisciplinary journal of research and commentary concentrating on the intersection of law, policy, and information technology.

OSBLJ

The Ohio State Business Law Journal explores legal issues facing entrepreneurs, small business owners, and venture capitalists.
