Ursula Barrera-Richards

Ursula Barrera-Richards '07 and her husband, Jimmy, welcomed Josefina B. Richards into the world on April 21, 2011. Barrera-Richards also joined the Lucas County Auditor's Office in September 2011 as the human resources and labor director.
