William Owen

William Owen '10 had an article published in the American Bar Association's Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal's spring-summer 2011 issue, "Racketeering and Workers’ Compensation: Why RICO Trumps the Exclusive Remedy." The article won first place in the 2010 College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers Annual Law Student Writing Competition.
