James Campbell
James David Campbell, Jr. '10 recently incorporated The Campbell Family Charitable Foundation, a nonprofit corporation with a mission to raise awareness and support for educational opportunities and youth education initiatives. The foundation works to provide the hope and growth that are only possible through learning. Whether it is through the fundraising for and endowment of an annual Campbell Memorial Scholarship or through fiscal support and leadership of other educational advancement programs, the Campbell Family Charitable Foundation spends each day working to ensure that each child has a chance to succeed through education. More information can be found at www.campbellcharity.org. In addition, he recently published a landmark article on European Law within the Syracuse Journal of International Law. The piece, entitled "Unenforceable Impracticality: Exploring Köbler’s Constitutional Jurisprudential and Practical Miscues," was written while he was a part of the Moritz semester study program at the University of Oxford. The article discusses evolving EU constitutional theory and focuses on recent landmark European Court of Justice rulings in a broadly expanding field of law, and has been called an important and intricate evaluation of the issues by several members of the Oxford law faculty.
