Change the password on your Office Computer

NOTE: This process is done AFTER you have logged into your computer.

• Press Ctrl + Alt + Del keys to bring up this screen

• Select Change Password from screen above to bring up this screen

• Type in Old Password. (password you are currently using)
• Type in New Password.
• (NOTE: name.# password and computer password are not automatically synchronized. You can set the computer password to be the same as OSU name.# password or set a different one of your choosing as long as the password meets the below listed Password Practices.
• Password Practices at Moritz will mirror OSU Password Practices
• Password must be changed every 90 days
• Password must meet Standard University Password Practices
• Retype New Password in Confirm Password box for verification
• Press blue arrow to right of Confirm Password box
• If you have problems changing your password, contact MoritzHelp at 247-6885.
