South Campus Gateway

Wouldn't it be wonderful to live in a new apartment that included Internet, cable, a fitness center, and in-unit washer and dryer? What if that same apartment was just steps from the Moritz College of Law? That was one of the goals behind the South Campus Gateway apartment complex, and the safety, convenience, and quality of life within the apartments have made it a popular choice amongst Moritz students. Law students get first preference on renting the apartments, and about one-quarter of all Moritz students reside there.

Building A

Pictured is a living room within one of the South Campus Gateway apartments. The complex is popular among law students thanks to its proximity to the law school.

In addition to being within yards of the law school, the South Campus Gateway is also within walking distance of various national and local restaurants, clubs, retail stores, banks, and other personal service venues. This private (keycard access) and convenient urban neighborhood is anchored by a flagship Barnes & Noble bookstore and the Gateway Film Center.
